Shipping policy

All watch orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be handled on the next working day. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination and shipping method. Standard shipping takes 7–15 business days; expedited shipping takes 3–7 business days. Once dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information to monitor your parcel.

We securely pack each watch with shockproof packaging to avoid damage during transit. International shipments may undergo customs inspection, and buyers are responsible for any import duties, taxes or clearance fees imposed by local customs. Delivery delays may occur due to customs, weather or carrier issues beyond our control.

Please inspect your package upon arrival. If the watch arrives broken or defective, contact us with photos within 48 hours. We do not cover lost parcels marked as successfully delivered by the carrier. We reserve the right to update this shipping policy without prior notice.
